On October 3, Sergey Pestov, head of training and organizational development at OPEN Group, spoke at a meeting of the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest business associations in Russia.
At the meeting, heads of HR departments of companies and representatives of recruiting agencies discussed the various aspects of staff training and development.
The OPEN Group has experience in targeted training based on key business indicators that the company is ready to share. Sergey Pestov revealed some of the ways how the effective work of the coaching staff, various forms and adaptive training methods could allow to quickly and accurately train a huge number of employees throughout Russia. Thanks to this practice, our company increases the labour productivity of “field” personnel by an average of 5.3%, which means it increases the key business indicators of specific projects, he said.
