It is already difficult to imagine a modern economy without digitalization of business processes. Online translation of official documentation and remote signing of personnel documents, including employment contracts, are just around the corner and will affect almost everyone in the near future.
In 2020, the Ministry of Labor of Russia launched an experiment on the introduction of electronic personnel document management (EDM). OPEN Group, along with other major employers, takes part in it.
