OPEN Group was an exhibitor in the special area “Shop 4.0 - Retail of the Future” and introduced a service for monitoring and maintaining the OSA level.

The service is designed to prevent the loss of retailer and manufacturer from the lowering level of OSA. The statistics of customer behaviour in the absence of the necessary goods on the shelf are disappointing: 31.5% buy goods from another manufacturer, 26% buy the necessary goods from another store, 16% postpone the purchase, 9% do not buy anything at all. Among the main reasons for the low level of OSA are:18% virtual balance, 48% lack of goods, 17% late delivery, 17% goods in the store, but not on the shelf. OPEN Group’s solution allows eliminating all sources of the problem. The technology works 24 hours a day online and monitors all the causes of OSA in real-time.

The technological solution of the OPEN Group aroused interest among both manufacturers and retailers. The company's booth was visited by more than 400 forum participants who were interested in our innovation and the nuances of the service. All the questions about the Dynamic Monitoring OSA Service that you asked us will be answered soon, and we will also publish a video report from the forum. Follow the news!
